Responsible for developing and executing weekly age appropriate curriculums for multiple age groups, as well as performing monthly evaluations to track physical and behavioral developments. These curriculums resulted in 3 or more children in each age group reaching their developmental milestones on or before the recommended time frame. • Trained new staff on the developmental program and standards of the USN CDC and compliance policies based on the NAEYC standard. In addition to training, I organized and executed staff meetings to brainstorm new ideas, discuss policy changes, and offer additional support to effectively manage difficult situations. As a result, I established a rapport with the staff as well as a healthy line of communication between staff and parents. Providing leadership in these areas reduced the number of formal parent complaints.
