I served as Home Inc's Board Co-Chair for three years, working with Emily as the Executive Director. I have never met someone so committed to and passionate about carrying out an organization's mission. She works diligently and is intentional about each decision, showing how much she truly cares about those in the community she is serving. She knows how to get things done while also working collaboratively to make each endeavor one where everyone is included and represented. I learned so much from her.

Emily is an exceptionally bright, enthusiastic and thoughtful leader of a nonprofit. She has produced tangible outcomes, related to our strategic plan, and increased the capacity of the organization. I give her an unqualified A+
