  With Messer Construction I advanced my project management skills while working on a courthouse renovation project. Being consulted daily by sub-contractors, I learned quickly how valuable detail management and a comprehensive understanding is for all tasks. During my co-op I was mainly in charge of assisting in document control and supervising work done in the field, to assure its adherence to contract documents.
