Began this role as a temp, then saw it through to the end of my stay in Dublin, working within the Paediatric Orthopaedic unit I ensured the surgeons, consultants, specialists and nurses were supported administratively. This mainly meant dictating letters to fellow colleagues or patient families, ensuring appointments and ward rounds went smoothly, locating files from archives and general administrative maintenance.
