I worked for TP as their Document Control Specialist; this is a gate-keeping role for all documents used within the business, including Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Batch Documentation. The role involves maintaining the integrity of all controlled documents through the Documents Module of Q-Pulse (TP’s Quality Management System). Since joining TP I have completed accredited courses specifically regarding Document Control, and this has given me a broader understanding of the role and it’s purpose for a wide range of business specialities. I have also assisted in other areas of the Quality Systems Department, helping to cover the Technician (administrative) functions and producing Batch Documentation weekly for manufacture. Show less

I worked for FFC as the Administration Team Manager. I was originally employed as the Adoption Panel Administrator – covering panel meetings across three offices in Devon and Dorset. As previously with Torbay Adoption Team my duties are extremely similar, although I took on more tasks with FFC, such as assisting with Adoption Support Fund applications, providing admin support to Marketing and Fundraising, and driving the implementation of paperless Adoption Panels. I was also able to be involved in the organisation and co-ordination of various events – including an Open Day event, Panel Member Training Days, different Adopter Workshops, and a Conference. In January 2019 I was successful in becoming Admin Support to Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team. These additional roles involve minuting highly confidential meetings, coordinating meetings and all staff events, and administrative support to Managers. Within my role at FFC I also co-ordinated Adoption Support Fund applications, this involves liaising with various other Local Authorities and Agencies, along with Clinical Psychologists and Occupational Therapists.
