Monitoring the teams key performance indicators and project performance measure and ensuring the team meets targets.Securing new contracts and exploring new areas of work.Preparing and submitting grant applications.Working with other Groundwork team managers to ensure cross team working and maximising the offer we can provide clients and stakeholders.
