I thought for sure that no one individual could replace the rep we had worked with for the past several years but then along came Emily. She stepped right in, picked up where our last rep left off, and opened our "eyes" to a whole new world of AI and machine learning software/platforms, some we needed now to give us the competitive advantage we seek and others we will benefit from in the future.
