  I brainstormed and came up with new story ideas for the magazine around the state of Colorado. I collected, researched, and analyzed facts about events and local happenings for articles before publishing, reaching out to sources when needed. I reported on and wrote stories for online and print magazines helping promote events, news stories and activities in Denver. I would receive assignments to write about specifically for clients or advertisers. I arranged and conducted interviews via email and phone calls with reliable and relevant sources.   I arranged cue cards for announcers, made sure they read corresponding cue cards at the correct time slot. I would escort press personnel from the field to the backstage area and up to the press booth. I assisted with set up and takedown of the studio staging and booth area.
