  • Plan and coordinate all equestrian programming to ensure a safe, fun and high quality experience for all guests. • Planning and implementing a pre- programming training plan for all equestrian staff members that meet the American Camping Association (ACA) standards for resident camp staff. • Trains Head Wrangler and lead equestrian staff to complete required schedules, lesson plans and reports. • Supervise, review and support the work of the Head Wrangler and equestrian staff. • Plans, schedules and provides continued training and motivation for staff through regular staff meetings.
