      Wakeling Automotive is the umbrella brand to a group of companies – Paul Wakeling Motor Group, Camden Valley Motor Group, Moss Vale Motor Group, Wakeling Automotive Wholesale Direct, Camden Cycles and Tyre Plus Campbelltown. The core focus of this role was to work with the sales and service departments to generate brand recognition and recall and fundamentally draw additional leads to the business that would in turn convert to sales and profit for the business. Within this role I also had a strong passion for company culture and Human Resources and was able to begin to practice my education within Human Resource Management. I was fortunate enough to implement the Employee of the Month incentive across 300 staff members, create and introduce the first company wide staff magazine that was issued quarterly, create and implement uniform the first uniform policy as well as manage the annual staff awards night.       Pro Auto Group is the overarching company to Clintons Toyota, Macarthur BMW, South Coast BMW and Lexus of Macarthur.
