Equestrian Department Head Manager

Managed a department of 10 staff members, to deliver a high-quality equestrian education to 94 young students, ages 10–16. As part of a 60-hour community service project, I assisted a certified therapeutic riding instructor as she worked with autistic and physically disabled students, both in the ring and on trails, to improve their balance, self-esteem, and physical well-being.
