•The largest intervarsity sports competition in the UK, between Lancaster and York Universities, over 125 events took place with over 4000 spectators•In charge of coordinating all alumni fixtures and assisted with the organisation and implementation of the fixtures, closing ceremony and general event•Arising issues, problems and questions during the day were my responsibility, as acting Coordinator in the Roses Management/ Information Centre. •Organised and compared Closing Ceremony to an audience of 1000 and was broadcast live.
