  The joy of working for a small business means that my job role is very varied. My role involves the day to day running of the on site office, including invoicing, telesales, bank control, stock management and dealing with customer phone calls and queries. I manage the social media for the company, as well as updating our website and managing the E-Commerce stock levels and new products. I have gained experience presenting in front of large retailers, as well as working closely with our smaller local outlets and managing our existing accounts as well as export customers. I am also involved in the planning and execution of our yearly events programmes, booking acts, advertising, ticket sales etc. I am very lucky to work in such a dynamic little business and really enjoy the challenges that come with such fast growth.
