I had the pleasure of working with Emily Herman on a project to deploy the Benefitfocus Marketplace for Lakeville Area Schools. I was the Project Manager on the Benefitfocus side and she was the Project Manager for Lakeville. Emily and her team were extremely efficient, organized, knowledgeable, reliable, reasonable, and kind. In my opinion, these characteristics significantly contributed to the success of the implementation and a smooth Open Enrollment for their employees. There were a few bumps in the road, as there always is with software implementations, but we were able to work together as a team to resolve in the most timely manner. If you ever get the opportunity to work with Emily, consider yourself lucky! :)

I have worked with Emily for the last three years. She has brought amazing technology skills. She is a hard worker that will always go above and beyond to get the job done. She is a team player and is always willing to share her skill set and train others. She was instrumental in our security system implementation in the district. She created all the facets of putting out a new product, including videos and online instructions. Emily always amazes me that when she is put on a committee, she thinks outside the box to help us be proactive with our decision making. implementation schedules and training schedules. Emily is wonderful to work with and to have her as a leader in the district. She has created several processes that have increased the communication between departments and staff.
