Rockledge Elementary School During Emily's senior year of college at the University of Maryland, College Park, she served as a grade three teaching intern. Over the course of the invaluable and educational year, Emily played a large, and eventually full-time, role in the classroom. As an intern, she collaborated, composed and taught lessons for all content areas. She focused on boosting math subtraction scores by developing a successful intervention group.
