Emily started at One Energy as an intern working in the office. After expressing some desire to be moved to a field position, we brought her on full time as a technician. As a technician, she trained in heavy rigging and lifting applications for wind turbine construction. Emily went on to lead the erection process and crew, proving to be one of our most skilled employees both in the office and the field. Emily was an amazing fit here, able to lead and learn in parallel. She was an avid learner and adjusted her schedule to be able to accommodate as much training as we offered. Most importantly, Emily’s dedication to her team’s safety and quality workmanship was impressive. I have had the honor of working with Emily for several years.
