  Lead for the Science Museum Group websites and responsible for the delivery of our digital content. In 2017–18 we successfully relaunched our new museum websites on time delivering a new ‘cinematic’ visual experience, an improved user experience and increasing opportunities for our editorial staff. - Lead for delivering five new websites in 18 months including: outlining project scope and requirements, writing user stories, using an agile methodology, commissioning user testing, managing multiple workstreams, stakeholder management and supplier management; - Responsible for content delivery across the Science Museum Group websites ensuring content is on brand, engaging and user-focused; - Manage the editorial staff for the Science Museum Group’s websites. Six staff based across four sites (London, Manchester, Bradford, York); - Responsible for digital audience research including qualitative and quantitative research and user testing to help inform content and functional developments; - Leading an initiative to present media-rich digital stories online to bring the collection to life; - Working with curatorial and documentation teams on a new collection standard to ensure our objects are findable online via our collection online interface; - Collaborating on funding bids; - Experience in managing budgets, procurement processes and third-party suppliers.
