  In the fall semester, I served as a teaching assistant in the freshman theatre class. This included delivering a presentation on Stanislavski, leading a class discussion, coaching students on acting scenes and helping the professor with course planning. Additionally that semester, I sent marketing emails to prospective students, found and created props for shows, and stepped in to act in theatre performances wherever needed. In the spring semester, I worked as assistant director for two performances: a comedy called You Make My Frame Shake and Dance Production 2022. I undertook dramaturgical research and crafted informative lobby displays, providing our audience with essential context for each performance. I helped run rehearsals, contributed directorial ideas, and took care of many administrative and promotional tasks such as creating contact lists, setting rehearsals and marketing schedules, and posting on social media. Additionally, I created instagram content, including memes to encourage ticket sales and photos that I took of dance rehearsals to give our instagram audience an inside glance at the process.   With use of Trello, I coordinated the translation process of articles from English to French in a deadline-driven environment. I also read French news articles weekly in order to select relevant, culturally appropriate content for an international francophone audience. I carried out the final copy edit of the translated article, with a sharp attention to detail, to ensure the writing adhered to The Herald's appropriate format and style.
