  Acts as a the primary account liaison and manager for many key hospital and physicians. In doing so, I work to educate both medical staff and patients/families on the services provided as well as advocate for their needs and wants throughout the entire process acting as the liaison ensuring that from initial contact until after loss of a loved one they feel all concerns have been heard and fully understood.
