  Antone Melton-Meaux, Democratic Candidate for MN's 5th Congressional District —Directed events and outreach for Field team; efficiently coordinated all campaign town halls and supporter meet & greet events involving over 30 hosts and 1,1000+ attendees. Accompanied and advised the candidate at events, virtual and in-person. —Engaged with thousands of constituents, supporters, and opposition voters through regular, extensive phone-banking, door-knocking, and canvassing. Our efforts helped increase voter turnout by 31%, despite being a Summer primary in the midst of the COVID pandemic. —Helped manage a network of over 200 volunteers through recruitment, training, and dispatch. —Established relations and regular constructive discourse with aggrieved civic leaders of North Minneapolis, eventually winning their trust and endorsement. This relationship went beyond the campaign and meetings continued (despite losing the election) to further relations and offer technical support for the group's legislative initiative with the MN Senate.
