I am currently implementing (with external expertise) a Leadership and Management Development Program. This will be a 6 month personalised plan for each manager focusing on key areas such as strategy, OKRs and KPIs, team culture resulting in a management team who are more connected, more confident in themselves and able to bring out the best in their teams - ultimately positively influencing the bottom line. Other projects include TUPE process (The Sportsman - sister company), Skills Gap Analysis (Moneta), Career Progression Framework (Moneta), Appraisals Launch (Moneta and Gaming USA - sister company), coaching senior managers (all companies, informally through catch-ups) and building an employee portal. During the pandemic, I have led the planning, communication and implementation of the various elements in responding to CV-19. I have led the transition from office work to home work, ensured that all relevant employees were consulted at each stage. I have kept up the communications to all those who have been furloughed and on a recent employe survey, the feedback included that 81% rated the quantity of the communications as either 4 or 5 out of 5 and 90% fed back that they felt the situation has been explained to the best of my ability. The focus is now on the next steps and providing advice and analysis on aspects such as re-opening the office and working on an updated flexible working policy. With my colleagues whom I am aware have mental health challenges, I have set up a regular catch-up with them just to check in on them. Show less
