  As manager I was in charge of keeping inventory and setting up purchases of all food and other necessities of a busy catering company, staying within budget constraints, organizing staff of concurrent projects and happenings. I was on the team that cooked dinner for the G20 in 2009, so I am able to get top security cleareances in the United States. I was trusted to cook for the world leaders and have plenty of experience dealing discreetly with clients of a high profile nature.   I worked on a team that installed and deinstalled exhibits, handled priceless artifacts, made mounts for artifacts out of plexiglass and brass, had full use of a wood shop, made manequins, painted galleries. I also was chosen to apply the vinyl text that was used to describe the current exhibits because of my attention to detail and my ability to do the math necessary for a seamless installation. I would also be put in charge of the group when we would work at The Southwest Museum, keeping the team and projects on track, making sure that we met the deadlines for openings
