I worked closely with Emily for a year while I was a Hall Director at Georgia Southern University. Emily was a Community Assistant during this time and her main focus was working the front desk of our apartment complex's clubhouse. During that year, Emily not only excelled at the core elements of her job, like handling equipment check-out and administrative duties, but also went above and beyond in her role to learn new tasks and to help the Hall Directors and Grad Assistant complete their work in a timely manner. On top of all that, Emily provided wonderful customer service to everyone who entered the clubhouse, showing patience and a calming presence even when working with upset residents.
