I currently serve as the non technical Primavera Administrator for my company. I assisted in the rollout of the P6 software and am responsible for defining access rights of users as a project superuser. When problems arise regarding access and rights I am responsible for correcting those issues. As an experienced user of P6 Primavera software I have the opportunity to train and troubleshoot for my team members who have scheduling experience, but are new users of the software. I am relied upon to use my software and scheduling knowledge to answer questions and help address schedule problems.I currently provide ongoing support for a branch conducting iterative releases of software and associated hardware to the government customers. Through tracking required contractual need dates and the activities required to meet those needs I am able to show leadership and stakeholders our ability to provide needed products in a timely fashion. As part of proposal development efforts I have worked with Program Managers and experienced engineers to provide high level accurate schedules as part of proposal efforts. This has varied based on the requirements of RFP's from high level Gant charts created through layouts in P6 Primavera to more detailed schedules required in various formats including MS Project Exports.

I have been able to expand my Primavera knowledge through participating in Advanced Project Management in Primavera P6 training. I have continued to increase my scheduling knowledge on my own through research and practice to better meet the needs of my program teams. My program teams recognize my skillset as value added to the program. I have had the opportunity to travel and provide valuable direct feedback to contractor schedules. I am proud of the relationships I have been able to develop with program managers, engineers, and others. These relationships have enabled me to anticipate the needs of my customers.I participate as my pay grade representative in the Employee Engagement Group (EAG). In this role I have been able to learn more about the people around me in an effort to make the company a better place to work for everyone.
