  Throughout my time at Waitrose I gained valuable experience in customer service and learnt how to deal with customer queries and complaints efficiently with an exceptional level of service. I cross-trained across the whole branch allowing me to be a very flexible and versatile member of staff. I dealt with large volumes of cash and was responsible for balancing the tills, counting and banking money and reconciling the safe. My main role was administrating and publishing the rota for the entire branch. This required excellent organisation and time-management to ensure that all members of staff received enough notice of their hours as well as making sure that every area of the branch was covered.
