Emily is great leader in the community. She is gifted at public speaking and has always had a passion for public health issues. I had the great privilege of leading community health classes with her in different areas of Nicaragua as a part of a program geared to assist the elderly. She was a fearless team member who inspired others with her passion and her ability to remain calm and effective in the most difficult of environments. This left a lasting impact on me, and I honestly could not recommend her highly enough in whatever endeavor she pursues.
