  I currently work for Capita, settling missold PPI complaints on behalf of The Co-operative Bank. My main role is to pay the redress to the customer, which involves reviewing an acceptance form, completing a pro-forma, making the payment and sending letters, which include a tax certificate. It also often involves setting up a new loan without PPI and using this to settle the customer’s loan. As part of my role I have created a complete set of process guides, and I have trained new team members or team members learning a new workstream. There is a strong emphasis on checking for signs of fraud as it is often at the point of payment when this can come to light
