More of a P.A role, organising meetings/diaries, travel and accommodation, invoices and general administrative duties. Also involved in updating the departmental Intranet site. Has to deal with challenging situations on a daily basis and continuously under pressure .

• Motor Salvage Handler

  Handled total loss claims, from when the claim is reported right through to the re-sale of the salvage to a contracted agent. Always trying to achieve as much as possible back for the claim. Very challenging position, varied and critical to Policy holders overall customer experience. Working in a small team, targets were met each year.
