Emily is an accountable member of the squad, who drives and inspires innovation, is in continuous pursuit for knowledge and feedback to refine her burgeoning technical and soft skill set, and is passionate on engaging, empowering and delighting customers. Emily and I worked together in the same agile squad on the "Continuous Testing in CI and CD Pipelines" initiative, across 3 SAFE Program Increments (through-out the majority of 2022). Emily led and pair-programmed on the implementation of multiple key objectives and stories including; - 'pipeline-as-code' configured and executed (via a Jenkins Groovy OOP library) UI System Tests (Robot Framework) and Performance Tests (Taurus / JMeter), - injecting test secrets derived from HashiCorp Vault enterprise instances, - onboarding early-adopter Citrix Workspace microservices, - and driving the extensions to enable a Docker-Compose 'pipeline-as-code' configured CI stage to validate any type of test suite. Emily has been a key member of the squad - detailing, reviewing and questioning implementation details with diligence (incl. motivating group learning sessions), and delivering code and documentation to a high standard. Emily's high standards on implementation, documentation and demonstrations (including PR / feature walk-throughs) has gained her and the squad positive feedback from within the wider Citrix Shared Engineering Services group, as well as multiple Citrix product teams' who've benefited from the new 'Continuous Testing' functionality with a reduction in bugs / outages and an increase in software quality. Emily and I also worked together as part of a small 'Citrix Shared Engineering Services Innovation Leadership' group. Emily was integral in helping to plan and execute multiple - interactive and engaging innovation and ideation sessions for the wider community. Emily's input helped to drive inspiration for ideation within Citrix, and kick-start multiple key innovations.
