Jocelyn Rigel, MBA

I’ve had the sincere pleasure of knowing Emily Scollard throughout her time at Northeastern University, while she was obtaining her MBA, and during her time in the Operations and Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (OSCLDP) at Raytheon Technologies. At Northeastern, Emily was in the MBA class the year below me. I was working with Raytheon Technologies at the time, and as we got to know each other and worked closely on projects together, I hoped that she would apply for a role at the company and encouraged her to do so. I knew full-well that Raytheon Technologies would be lucky to have her and that she would excel in the Leadership Development Program. The Raytheon Technologies OSCLDP is a rigorous two-year commitment where participants work through three project rotations at three different company locations alongside the highest levels of management. Participants need to build relationships with their peers quickly, be adaptable, resilient as well as self-motivated and solutions focused, because 8-months will fly by quickly. Emily is all of this and more. While she is continually and consistently praised by her peers and managers, Emily still strives to learn new skills and ways to improve, all while remaining humble throughout. In addition to her strong leadership and management capabilities, Emily is kind, thoughtful, and has a great sense of humor. She was a wonderful classmate and now makes an even better peer. I feel honored to write her a recommendation, know she will be an amazing asset to any team, and look forward to watching her continue in her professional journey.
