I knew Emily was a star when I observed her one-on-one meetings with students on location in Costa Rica. She has a natural ability to make others feel comfortable and supported even during the most challenging times. During the time we worked together, I promoted her from College Counselor to Assistant Director due to her commitment to continuous learning and ability to quickly implement new strategies for supporting students. Best of all, her attention to detail are matched with an ability to connect with even the most disengaged student. I’d hire Emily again in a heartbeat.

Emily Panzero is a talented, empathetic, and experienced college counselor, with excellent organization and communication skills. I collaborated with Emily professionally, and had the good opportunity to see her in action with students on a couple of occasions. I can attest to the fact that Emily is very personable, students naturally gravitate to her warm personality, and she reciprocates with a listening ear and insightful perspectives. I witnessed Emily's generosity of spirit and kindness in how she treated students and colleagues. I also had the chance to see how hard Emily and team work. I observed her planning and executing dynamic workshops that engaged students. Emily and team labored long hours with a lot of enthusiasm and love to provide spaces for students to seek guidance. I especially appreciated the care and compassion that Emily demonstrated for this age group, and the nuanced and informed counsel that she provided. If your company is looking for a hardworking and compassionate team player for a student-facing position, Emily is a stellar candidate.
