I am a full-time student so this was the perfect job to balance school along w my finances. I watch 3 boys Monday-Friday before I have class, preparing them for school, taking them to extra curricular activities, provide a safe a fun environment, and built a relationship with the family through open communication. Some things that I’ve learned throughout this is time management with school and work, honesty, and responsibility. In this position I helped assist the President along with Standards while directing and organizing weekly chapter meetings with 150 girls. Lead our elections for available positions and to implement new policies for our bylaws, recruited girls for positions and involvement in the chapter, collaborated and consulted with advisors and headquarters to problem solve, planning events, and brainstorming ideas. Attended and participated in weekly meetings with leadership council. Directed our yearly ELC headquarters visit by scheduling activities, housing, and meetings with our sisters, advisors, and Panhellenic organization.
