  Emilienne was hired to set up a KPI monitoring system and built a dashboard in Excel to follow up on the most important KPI’s related to the brewing process on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Through her analysis of the brewing process, she was able to identify the main bottleneck, and a quick-win to reduce time lost in the bottleneck. This gave rise to a production capacity increase of 3%. She also set up a project to calculate the quality of the finished product based on performance on several KPI’s. Show less
