Managing a team of 4 people in charge of production planning for finished and semifinished goods for the whole Group, aiming at the respect of efficiency KPI’s of the mills, taking in consideration the service level to the customers. My main target is to guarantee the availability of the full range of the products without exceeding the target stock level in the warehouse. I analyse periodically the whole range of products, the historical sales of each article and the different demands of the markets.
