Little did I know how much I would actually enjoy this role and how much it was going to suit my personality. I could talk for hours about what I did and all the great calls I had with clients! In this position I achieved the value and unit targets I was set, I did upselling, cross-selling and renewal sales for Telekom’s fixed business services on various marketing campaigns, and I achieved impressive retention rates.
