Emilia was the Head of Talent at Fairbank Partners while I was a resourcer there. She was a source of guidance and support from day one, and even after leaving the company she is still a figure I would go to for advice. She has taught me invaluable skills that I have since brought forward into my current role and have been fundamental in shaping my own professional experience. It was a pleasure working under Emilia and I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future.

Emilia began working as my manager in 2018 and was nothing short of incredible in implementing a conscientious manner of management and teamwork. In this role, she worked closely with myself and all individuals in her team to ensure they were supported in their personal development and growth. She was always there for me for any help or support I needed and made sure to keep on top of weekly 1-2-1’s and training schedules. I cannot emphasis enough how much I have learnt in my time working with Emilia. Her time and experience established in the industry is second to none and I credit her for where I am today. I can’t thank her enough and hope to one day work with her again.

During my time at Oyster I progressed quickly from Recruitment Consultant to Divisional Manager.
