I manage a team of 16 agents, monitor their KPI's, perform coachings, evaluations, and issue written warnings as needed. I also interview potential new hires, if needed I terminate employees and complete all required HR paperwork for any type of action that I take. I am responsible for approving payroll, time off requests, managing schedules so that we have enough staff on hand to handle calls, and training new hires. During our 4 week training course, I start from the ground up and help the agents build their confidence. I teach them everything that they need to know to be a successful call center agent on my team and at the end of the training we spend 1-2 weeks in call take training.
