As inline coach in the club I am responsible for inline training for all skaters during the spring/summer season. I also coach the youngest skaters year round as well a be the responsible coach at most competitions summer and winter for all the skaters. Som Personlig Trener støttet jeg kundene i å nå treningsmålene sine, uansett om det er prestasjon, helse eller kroppsbilde som er i fokus. Jeg jobbet mest med styrketrening, men hadde også elementer av kondisjonstrening og utholdenhet i treningen. Som gruppetrenings instruktør planla og gjennomførte jeg treningsøkter både innen styrketrening, sirkeltrening og kjernetrening. I was a strength and conditioning coach in the local tennis club. I was responsible for physical testing to determine which players were in need of extra attention and at risk for injury. Through the ISU Denmark, Sweden and Finland had a development project called "East Scandinavian Development Project". I was a student coach for two years learning the ropes of long-track training with people like Sebastian Falk and Daniel Yeow. Marquee skaters I worked with are Nils van der Poel, Philip Due Schmidt, Viktor Hald Thorup, Samuel Suomalainen. Prosjektstilling for å gjennomgå og kategorisere kjellerrom på Novo Nordisk site Bagsværd i Danmark. Jeg gjennomgikk alle kjellerrom, kategoriserte innhold, fant frem til brukere av de for å finne ut hvor mye av innholdet i hvert rom fortsatt var i bruk, og hvilke rom som kunne bli ryddet. Jeg måtte gå veldig systematisk til verks, for finne brukere og presist finne frem til hva hvert rom ble brukt til, og hvem som hadde ansvar for de.
