Erin joined Dole as the Associate Business Manger on the Fruit Bowls team (which I managed). Erin’s passion, curiosity, modesty and strong sense of ownership make her an exceptional marketer and leader. Erin is a natural collaborator. She was incredibly well liked and respected by her cross functional and marketing peers at Dole. While at Dole, she built many strong relationships and lasting friendships. Her brilliant energy and sense of humor are infectious. Erin’s presence makes every situation better! Erin has very high standards for herself and others and drives hard to meet or exceed these standards. She doesn’t sit around and wait for things to happen and works tirelessly to ensure the success of her initiatives and businesses. With that said, she is appropriately diplomatic when it comes to follow up or overcoming barriers. Erin is confident but not arrogant. She always comes with a perspective and recommendation but is open-minded; she is willing to adapt her opinion if a colleague (either junior or senior to her) lays out strong rationale. Erin's primary objective is always to reach the right decision for the business. For all these reasons, I strongly endorse Erin for any general manager or marketing leadership role and would jump at the opportunity to work together again!
