  I started my carreer in 2007 working for the sales section. I was responsible for selling corporate events in the B2B segment. By the end of the year I was promoted, becoming senior sales executive and I was awarded Top Sales Performer of the Year for the Conference division. After a training given by my managers, I was shortly promoted to become a team leader. In this position I was responsible for recruiting, training, motivating and coaching my team.
