As a development team lead my responsibilities include the following roles-people manager (hiring management, individual training/development planning, lead people)-scrum master ( facilitating ceremonies, focus on value creation) -agile / business and life coach accross the software engineering department-Product owner As the times went on, the management realised, I have very strong people management skills so asked me to deal with individual problems in the organization as a certificated coach as well besides my other rolles. I am proud to have achieved measurable progress with the introduction of individual development and team coaching.In addition, I perform srum master duties alongside two teams at the same time, where I was able to implement processes to increase efficiency. We are working on an agile transformation among the whole organisation, practise scrum, deal with lean.
