Emerson is definitely one of the most strategic leader I know. Resulted oriented, innovative and clear customer centricity focus at the same time is a generous mentor being open to share his knowledge and experience. He was my mentor during my transition from manager to director when everything seems to big to cover he supported me to turn it into a good learning journey. I will never forget the first book he recommended for me was Defining Moments from Badaracco. It represents a lot who he is.
