Bunderlai (Laila) Souto Dunham, PhD

I had the pleasure of working with Erin as she was the Executive Director of the Oregon CASA Network. I was a new Project Director for CASA of Coos County, Oregon. Erin helped me understand the processes and "politics" involved in a non-profit housed under an umbrella organization. She was supportive and relentlessly passionate about the best outcomes for all. Erin is unbiased, is not afraid to provide valuable insights, and is one of the most professional leaders I have encountered in my 3-decade career. She is a natural leader who is willing to roll up her sleeves, get the work done diligently. Erin is personable, an outstanding leader, extremely committed to causes, reliable and very intelligent. As an extraordinary leader, she would be a priceless asset to any non-profit board and/or organization.
