Support, strategy, services and facilitation for leaders, entrepreneurs and innovatorsWe provide facilitation from ideation to growth specialising in multi-stakeholder value proposition discovery, business model innovation and new-product development inspired by lean startup methodology. New startups and entrepreneurs struggle for a number of reasons which are amplified when the innovation is new, the business or social environment is extremely uncertain and the team is inexperienced. Most of these challenges can be addressed – and independent facilitation and mentoring is an effective and affordable source of help. • How can we be sure we’re building something customers want?• How can we ensure they’ll buy it from us rather than our competitors?• Can we innovate our business model to increase return?• And how can we strengthen our unfair advantage: our team?INNOVATION STRATEGY – Innovating the ‘how’ of business rather than the ‘what’. Business Model Innovation provides new and existing companies with a huge advantage for a low investment. PRODUCTION SUPPORT – Drawing on our track record of content production, animation, digital development, copy writing and art direction for print, broadcast, web and mobile. INNOVATION SPRINTS – Five day rapid prototyping workshops to test high risk assumptions. Day one maps the problem and on day five a solution is tested with actual users or customers. LEAN BRANDING – The best way for an SME to develop brand story and collateral. Customers, product and team all benefit from a coherent brand strategy developed by the company itself.USER EXPERIENCE – Companies often focus on the detail of a product or service – users see the same as part of their whole lives and value systems. UX design marries the two leading to customer loyalty.TEAM FACILITATION – Leadership development, executive coaching, action learning and bespoke, engaging team facilitation around strategy, creativity, brand and innovation.

You may have the home, career or outward signs of success, yet feel there’s something more. Or you may be ruffled by circumstances and sense there's a more creative way to respond. There is, and a Big Stretch will help you find it.Out in spectacular landscapes, you’ll connect with your passions, purpose and your understanding of the wider world. You'll overturn unsatisfying situations and make choices that fully express who you are.How do we do this? Well, we don’t. You do. But there are two powerful things to help you.First we take you walking in some of the most beautiful landscape on earth. You fill your lungs with clear air, your body with good food, and your mind with fresh new perspectives.Second, we give you intensive coaching that’s entirely focused on you. Working through a creative process, you’ll have time, space and expert support to focus on what's really important. The outcome is clarity, renewed momentum and a plan for what you need to do.

I managed and administrated a small circus company that developed into a creative communications consultancy. Our work specialised it teaching creative communication approaches to communication practitioners like teachers, clergy, performers and designers. We developed our ideas through practice performing on TV, at the London South Bank Mime Festival, touring Europe and at arts festivals like Edinburgh and Glastonbury.
