Rovereto I support Progetto Manifattura and the Innovation Factory start-ups in their communications and media strategies. Progetto Manifattura is an unique green-economy hub, nested in the luscious Adige valley. We promote a slow-food attitude in enterprise development, that helps grow companies in a sustainable way. The clean tech valley ain't made of silicon.

In Italy, real estate value equals 4.2 times the national GDP. However these strategic assets are being written down. 85% of national real estate requires retrofitting. These data show us one thing: market opportunities. REbuild, the convention on sustainable retrofit and management of the real estate sector is leading this new market. REbuild has broken new ground focusing on key problems: the end of traditional RE market for new buildings, the soil-use issue, the weak bonds between financial, RE and architectural firm sector proEd, sustainability as the way to re-think buildings, sustainable management as a key for preserving RE assets. With the first edition of REbuild we have taken note of the rapid evolution of the retrofit market and growing interest all across EU and US. This can be a recovery strategy: in Germany for each euro invested in retrofit there can be a return in fiscal gain of 2-5 €. REbuild2013 wants to focus even more on practices and case studies. We aim to Rebuild pragmatically. This edition will stress business cases, innovative financial strategies and approaches to sustainable management and maintenance. Not "just another event" with too many useless sessions and business card collections. We limited participation to 500 businessmen. We want to create a dialogic space (or, an atmosphere for dialogue), where we can work and learn together. The best and most innovative leaders will be at REbuild2013, in Riva del Garda, the 26th and 27th November, bringing their ideas and experiences. Show less
