  As a Junior consultant, I work alongside senior experts in the Government & Public area of ​​Archidata and have responsibilities related to: ▸ the study and analysis of documentation relating to EU programming, on the subject of ESI Funds; ▸ the elaboration of documents and reports functional to the context analyzes and the programming phases; ▸ the implementation and control of the programs co-financed by the ESI Funds. Although the work so far has required few skills related to the knowledge and skills developed during my course of study, I appreciated the fact that the checks I carried out allowed me to have a close look at the funded projects. The activity carried out also ensured that these projects were actually financed so as to have a positive impact on the territories involved. This work experience is giving me the opportunity to learn about European planning and the whole world linked both to European funds and to regional development funds.   In the context of the "Mare Aperto" drill of the Italian Navy, I was embarked on the "Cavour" aircraft carrier, for two weeks, with the task of supporting the operative team in the drafting of diplomatic and political notes in order to provide political coverage and direction to what were the activities of the fleet at sea. It was an experience that allowed me to work alongside the Fleet command in the analysis and management of military operations in an exercise scenario, evaluating the political impact both nationally and internationally.   The one with the NRDC command was the first experience I had with analysis of scenario. This involved developing an articulate thought capable of linking multiple elements and concepts together. The activity involved supporting the command of the operation in the analysis and management of military operations in a hypothetical exercise scenario, evaluating the political impact both nationally and internationally, in particular on social and economic issues. The simulation to which I contributed was resolved with a success for the NATO forces in the field, our contribution of analysts and experts was evaluated very positively in particular for the approach different from the purely military one.
