  I advise investors and corporations in several venture capital and private equity transactions especially private equity funds active in the distressed asset in connection with dismissal and acquisition of assets through indebtedness restructuring either by means of court or out-of-court restructuring proceedings. I was involved in the listing of shares and warrants on the Italian MIV market of an EU-SPAC and I drafted the ancillary agreements and corporate policies & procedures in compliance with Italian law.
