RECRUITMENT: - Manage and leading the recruitment of female employees. - Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process.- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions.TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: - Write, review and update Job Description. - Support the divisions in Job Evaluation, Job Comparison and Organization Structure. - Manage and review all Individual Development Plans. - Prepare the Training Need Analysis (TNA). - Design and manage the Training Calendar. - Prepare the annual training budget and administration of all training activities and records. - Review and validate all training materials and providers. - Conduct induction training for all new employees. - Preparation of approach plan, training budget and release and implantation of the training calendar. - Support the entire Graduate Professional Programs. RECORDS & REPORTS: - Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of Training and Development Department. - Generate weekly personnel performance reports to show the department is performance against its objectives.
