J’ai eu la chance de collaborer avec Eléonore pendant plus de 2 ans au sein de l’équipe Business Development chez CCEP. Eléonore est une personne sérieuse, dynamique et rigoureuse. Manager engagée, elle sait faire preuve d’initiative et a à cœur l’esprit d’équipe et la cohésion. En 2016, j’ai eu l’opportunité d’intégrer l’équipe d’Eleonore Marcadet, qui s’occupait du Contact Center de Coca-Cola European Partners en France. Au sein de la stratégie « multi-contact », notre rôle consistait à exploiter la richesse de notre base de données clients BtoB pour créer des campagnes d’appels sortants, afin de générer un flux d’affaires additionnel avec nos clients. Notre collaboration fut courte mais d’une grande qualité grâce à la personnalité d’Eleonore. Eleonore est une manager humaine, ouverte d’esprit, à l’écoute de ses collaborateurs et, cette grande force comportementale lui a permis de créer rapidement un climat de confiance avec beaucoup de transparence et un engagement réel à la performance au sein de son équipe. Ainsi, elle engage naturellement ses collaborateurs. En interne, Eleonore joue parfaitement son rôle d’interface entre hiérarchie et collaborateur, en absorbant la pression négative et en donnant toujours beaucoup de sens aux actions demandées. Elle sait également faire preuve de beaucoup de persuasion pour revendre ses idées de nouveaux développements et mettre en avant les réussites de son équipe, auprès des dirigeants. En externe, Eleonore a su conduire, avec brio, notre changement de prestataire, techniquement mais surtout, humainement. Enfin, Eleonore est une manager engagée et impliquée dans l’entreprise et elle impressionne par ses grandes compétences techniques, son haut niveau d’exigence et ses qualités humaines indéniables. En conclusion, Eleonore est une personnalité d’exception dotée de réelles valeurs avec laquelle on prend plaisir à travailler.
