Managed aircraft equipment account consisting of 712 items at a net worth of $12 Million on a day to day basis. My responsibilities include asset inventory and management, logistics management, asset repair and modification; developing, modifying, and implementation of inspection criteria. -Project manager of implementation and operation of asset inventory and inspection tool/equipment inventory management program for over 10,000 individual items valued at $21.2 Million. -Liaison between dozens of organizations world wide for various asset management and technical project implementation programs.-Primary approving authority for unit reutilization, transfer and distribution program. Programs primary purpose is to save funds by maximizing the use of assets world wide that may not be readily available or utilized at its currently location that's not currently available on station. Program has recovered $750,000 in assets, FY13, that would have been lost at various distribution sites.
